The most effective strategy in learning the music is practice very hard. I think every instrument is difficult, if you practice not hard, you should be play not well. For example, the violin is very difficult, it is difficult to play very well because the tune is difficult to find. The tune is difference to piano, the piano have white and black key, all key have a tune, you just press it, the note is right. House Dance的特性
House Dance的基本Style从根本上只被分为三种大体:Footwork,Jacking,Lofting。它也包含了一些技术的变化和一些附属的Style,例如:Skating,Stomping,Shuffling。
House Dance也合并了很多其他舞蹈中的元素,像:Whacking,Voguing,Capoeira,Tap,Salsa(一种Latin Dance)。而大多数的动作都来自于Jazz 和 Bebop,甚至还融入了非洲系与拉丁系的感觉。
最早的House Dance动作是来自于芝加哥,那个动作像一个Wave一样由上到下从不间断的做着。当这个动作重复和加快速度去迎合Beat的时候,人们称它为“Jacking”,或者叫“The Jack”。就在Jacking的感觉下去做Footwork。

” Househop” :
混合了HipHop Hits与House Music。但是与Hip House不同,主要在于Househop更多的是在商业性的流行音乐,而Hip House更多在于Underground。
” House-pop” : House-pop更像是商业舞蹈音乐,严格来说它既不是House也不是Dance-Pop。通常来说House-Pop是将House中的4/4 beat和沉沉的低音,融合Dance-Pop的Melody。
Hi-NRG: Hi-NRG,全名“High Energy”。源自舞曲与Happy Hardcore。它的拍子Techno很像,在音乐中经常有女人的声音忽远忽近(好像声音带有弧线的感觉)。

锐舞文化-Club Scene 锐舞(Rave)-源起於地下的Party革命,也是社会事件和群众运动…………这股风潮正在全球蔓延… What the hell’s Rave“锐舞”?! Acid House-日本的Roland公司发明了TB-303合成器后,所谓的Acid Sound诞生了!而无数的电子音乐先趋者和创作人使用TB-303做出了音乐,在地下舞厅的迅速流行,就是统称Acid House革命。

Rave Culture的兴起代表了两种意义:1.平等自由意识的释放。2.融合爱与和平的群众之结合。注解为下:在早期House音乐与它类型相近的Garage音乐深深受着同志们的喜欢。早在1977年纽约的一个DJ Frankie Knuckle被邀请去芝加哥开一间Gay Club“Warehouse”时,他召集人马、统筹DJ表演,从1977年到1978年间的流行舞曲中,选一些重节奏的乐器声,Vocal则选择强调重复性的歌声,咪出来的效果是大受欢迎,於是Warehouse这间club从一天500-600人进场的club变成为2000-3000人进场的大型Mega Club。於是当时很多年轻人走进唱片行跟店员要求买Frankie的音乐,golf course property,他们说:「要那House播的音乐」这就是慢慢House被流传出来的典故。而在70年代末、80年代初期,流行的打扮是带着Gay和女性的味道。代表性人物就是David Bowie,他以冷艳、中性的打扮,使得当时的年轻人争相崇拜模仿,不只是男同志,女同志及异性恋女性也很喜欢他。在Gay Club里处处可见美丽入时的男性快乐的一起跳着舞。在Rave Culture里最珍贵的就是这种被爱及和被认同的体验。直至今日,我都认为Rave Culture和Gay Culture是紧密不可分的。在Gay Club或Rave Party里同志们可以完全走出衣柜。在Rave Culture里性别可以是中性或是跨性,跨装男性将自己打扮的娇媚,女性当然理所当然的可以穿的更性感,不让打扮入时的男性专美於前。性在Rave Culture里也是彻底解放的。因为舞蹈本身就是人类自古以来最原始的身体或肢体语言,在於其他所有人Rave的同时,性欲完全开放和被解放出来!
Where We Rave?
一开始所提到Rave Party的场地,大部分是在仓库里和户外空旷的场地里。在英国因为Rave Party所带的群众,使得政府下令禁止此街头活动,此举也引起了各方的抗议,像Prodigy就做了一首「Their Law」来抗议这条法律的不公。不过在同时,地下的Rave Party走进了地上,取而代之的是装潢华丽和前卫的Night Club,在伦敦、曼彻斯特、阿姆斯特丹、纽约、汉堡等大城市里,一间间大型的舞厅开张了。大批的Raver(爱Rave的人)涌进了舞厅。Club Business成为新兴行业!像是英国有名的Ministry Of Sound不但是红极一时的舞厅,捧红了无数的DJ并且还发行了很多大红的畅销舞曲。

瑞舞是自我保证之自由的实践。瑞舞宣耀着一种肯定的价值与实践,改变了大多数人的生活价值,比任何政党都来的多。同时破坏了西方社会以来好不容易,如傅柯所描述的建构主体性 的根基。这展现在瑞舞文化主要的两个文化特征:音乐与舞会。
电子音乐瓦解了四百年来欧洲布尔乔亚音乐个人主义(Tagg,1944)。以Thornton的说法,瑞舞是一种录音(record)文化,而非演出文化(live culture)。DJ们以各种取样重新拼贴、挪用、编排、定调、变化BPM创作,舞曲中没有「原创」(original )或者摇滚文化引以为重的「原真性」(authenticity),也不像摇滚音乐文化有独立制片作为抗议与抵抗发声的基础工业,在起初的时候,许多音乐是无法商业化的,只存在DJ们或rave scene中流传的「白色厂牌」(white labels),电子音乐乱了(disorganize)摇滚论述,符号(特别是歌词)的意义,不断以自己的制作混音(productionsequencing)以及取样(sampling)生产,像极了只能与自己沟通的反身性 发语(reflexive utterance),不存在永恒叙事表现的基础(Stanley,1995)。同时电子舞曲破坏了传统摇滚音乐的明星系统,与主体意识。所有参与瑞舞的人们都是主角。
不但是音乐混淆了演出者/观众/明星结构。瑞舞的舞会也让传统舞会的舞台消失,让操纵性 的凝视(mastering gaze)消失。传统舞会上DJ们以声音的方式带领舞客高潮,以及舞群或领引舞会开始的舞者已然不存(想想公办舞会的主持人)。跳舞不为别的,不是为了勾引帅哥妹妹,只是为了自己。为了逃避或者忘掉认同。此种叙事之所以重要,因为瑞舞不是舞厅里的舞会,他们拒绝了决定性 和稳定。同时拒绝了以「演出」作为动员与明星文化代理人的传统形式。瑞舞空间/形式无法被完全控制,社会企图透过「非法」围堵的方式只是更证明了他们的无能。瑞舞对于商业舞会/资本主义的侵蚀之可能来于此文化的速度和运动性。第一,透过网络化的组织与宣传集结,即便是靠嘴巴传播,都具有可怕的力量,遑论透过网际网络的动 员;第二,raver们愿意移动,而且移动快速,使得警察疲于奔命;第三,舞会本身来自瑞舞文化的欲望与运动 性格,如DIY精神,拒绝被控制以及自我不再臣服于外在的凝视,自我空间/界线的消失演变为严格却充满活力的动 员力量。我们看到太多的人只想办舞会,这个舞会的盈余(多半以便宜的门票或者捐助方式)拿来作为下一个舞会的支出………… ………… ………… ………… …………

Acid house: 这是围绕着Roland TB-303 合成器制作的芝加哥的派生音乐。用Hard,Uncompromising,Tweaking的Sample去做成催眠的效果。达人有: Adonis,loan consolidation, L.A. Williams
Afro house: 这是纽约布鲁克林的House音乐发展形式,主要是反应非洲文化和撒居在外的非洲后裔的文化。音乐主要由深度的敲击原理,圣歌,还有非洲传统乐器与声音组成。达人有: Osunlade, Jephte Guillaume, Ian Friday, Antonio Ocasio and DJ Sabine
Alan House: 这是2000年在曼哈顿发展起来的House音乐形式。混合了Afro House和40年代时候的Swing Music(摇摆乐)。在Alan House中,每当音乐显得开始痛苦时,人们便不听发疯似的摇摆。。。。。
Ambient house:把大自然的声音(喜怒无常)还有人们城市环境的声音,融进了House Beat上。所以也可以成Ambient Music(环境音乐)
Baltimore Club:美国马里兰州巴尔的摩的House音乐形式。Club Music现在仍然在巴尔的摩发展着,通过每一个周期性的流行的音乐的Samples去加速和覆盖了现有的Old House音乐中的Loops。
Bassline house:这是UK Garage的一种副流派,在2007年末开始在UK流行起来。这是UK Garage的一个演变,但是就更强调Bass。这个音乐开始是2002年在设菲尔德的Niche Nightclub出现的。
” Bitch Tracks”:这是90年代在一些Gay Club里流行起的音乐。它主要是收集了同性恋,变性人的抒情诉说,作为Vocal。这些抒情的诉说中充满了对女人的鄙视。听一听,其实还挺好玩的。比如: Candy J, Fierce Men On Wax, Ride Committee ft. Roxy
Chicago house:简单的Bassline,“Four to the Floor”鼓乐,电子琴Keyboard Line,这些都是简单的Original House音乐的原理。达人有: Larry Heard, Steve Poindexter
Deep house: 用了慢速的变量(120 bpm之间),同时激情不变的House音乐,有时会有催眠的音调。达人有:Gemini, Glenn Underground, Kevin Yost
Dream house: 在缓和的Beat中融入了定向乐器的音效,达人有: Robert Miles, Nylon Moon.
Disco house: 严重依赖了对Disco样本采集的House音乐 达人有: Dimitri from Paris , Jordan Fields, DJ Sneak, Paul Johnson, Modjo, and Stardust.
Electro house: Electro House一直被别人误解为受到了80年代初期的Electro的影响,但其实它的音乐类型更多的和Electroclash,Synthpop和Italo Disco相似
Epic house: Progressive house的一个分支,融入了豪华的综合器音效和戏剧般的Beat。
Fidget house: 一种将Rave,Breakbeat,Uk garage一同合并的House类型。达人有: Switch 和 Hervé。
Filter Disco: Disco House的一个分支,感觉上有点像French House,但又掺杂了一些Italo-Disco和Synthpop Crossover。达人有: Gene Farris,Risque De Funk Electrique, Ian Carey, Hott 22.
French house: 90年代末House音乐在法国流行起,法国的House音乐主要灵感来源于70和80年代的Funk与Disco Music。整个音乐主要融合了经典的“Filter”(过滤器)效果。达人有: Alan Braxe, Le Knight Club, Synthique
Funky house: Funky House是90年代后开始发展起来的。如果将它很多附属的元素细分出来,其实可以看到它受到了很多其他的House音乐的影响,像French House,Italo House,Disco House,Latin House等等。它通常依赖于黑人女性的歌声,Disco样本,我们也可以通过它的容易让人记住的Bassline,Swooshes等其他的综合器音效去辨别它。达人有Axwell, Kid Creme, Seamus Haji ,ATFC等。

Freestyle house: NY House的分支(拉丁版)。与Electro Funk一样,都在80年代早期开始发展。达人有:John Benitez
Garage: Garage在2000年这个时期中被多次的改变它的意思。尽管Garage Sound通常是折衷的Mix了许多不同风格的音乐,但UK那边还将其联系到Deep House音乐的纽约版本,而它最初的名字是从Paradise Garage Nightclub里一种Soulful Disco的特有风格中命名的。也有人叫Garage为Jersey Sound,因为许多出色的Garage音乐人都出自New Jersey,像Shep Pettibone,Tony Humphries等。而如今在英国流行其的Garage音乐我们就叫UKG或者UK Garage
Ghetto house:它是Chicago House音乐融合了TR 808,909和Drum Track的衍生物。和佛罗里达的“Booty Music”一样,Ghetto House也经常用到“Call-and-Response Lyrics”。达人有: DJ Godfather, DJ Deeon, DJ Milton, DJ Funk, DJ D-Man
Gospel house:
Vocal House与福音诗的结合。达人有:Michelle Weeks, Jasper Street Company, Kurt Lykes, Kenny Bobien, Ron Carroll, Barbara Tucker等.
Handbag house: 一种振奋人心的Vocal House形式,主要是在90年代中期开始流行。以具有商业性质的舞曲居多。Handbag House的名字源于以前在Club用这音乐跳舞时,很多女生都会把手提包放在地上然后尽情跳舞。达人有:Loveland,Nush等。
UK hard house:
在美国,Hard House是Chicago House的一种更猛烈节奏的版本,有时混合了Ghetto House,Hip House的原理。在英国,这也被人叫Hard Dance。达人有: CZR, DJ Bam Bam, Abstract Beating System
“Househop”:
混合了HipHop Hits与House Music。但是与Hip House不同,主要在于Househop更多的是在商业性的流行音乐,而Hip House更多在于Underground。
” House-pop”: House-pop更像是商业舞蹈音乐,严格来说它既不是House也不是Dance-Pop。通常来说House-Pop是将House中的4/4 beat和沉沉的低音,融合Dance-Pop的Melody。
Hi-NRG: Hi-NRG,全名“High Energy”。源自舞曲与Happy Hardcore。它的拍子Techno很像,在音乐中经常有女人的声音忽远忽近(好像声音带有弧线的感觉)。
Hip house: House Beat加上Rap。在80年代后期甚为流行,当中最出名的应该是属Jungle Brothers的“Girl I’ll House You”。其它的达人有: Mr. Lee, The Outhere Brothers, 2 in a Room, Ya Kid K and Freedom Williams
Hooligan House: 2002的时候,由Audio Bullys他们带给英国的一种新的音乐模式。曾经在英国杂志Muzik大受推广。它采集Punk和SKA的细节为音乐样本居多。
Italo house:
熟练的制作音乐的技巧,易懂的Melody,非凡的钢琴演奏和美国式的Vocal,这些是Italian(Italo) House音乐最具代表性的现象。
House Music种类 (III) (Urban City 特辑)
Kwaito: 90年代中期,发明于南非的约翰内斯堡的House音乐形式。最有特点的是它的Beat很慢,而且当中的Vocal都是男人的声音—时而会嘶吼时而会唱歌。
Latin house:
借鉴了众多拉丁舞曲的元素,像Salsa,Brazilian Beat,Latin Jazz等等。主要在美国的东部比较盛行这种音乐,特别是在迈阿密和纽约的中心区域。另外一种Latin House的分支是在90年代中期在洛杉矶的中心区域开始流行起来,这个分支是大部分引用了墨西哥的音乐模式—Mariachi。达人有:Artie The One Man Party(代表作“A Mover La Colita”)和Dj EFX(代表作“Volver Volver”)
Merenhouse: MerenHouse是将Merengue(梅伦格舞曲,海地与多米尼加的一种舞曲)和House音乐结合为一起。只要哪里红Latin House,那么哪里就也红MerenHouse。
Microhouse:
也可以叫Minimal House,Tech House的一个衍生物,音乐当中掺杂了很细微的合成元素。达人有: Akufen, Todd Sines, Alton Miller。
New York house: 纽约的快速舞曲类型之一,这样House风格在东岸尽头的城市比较畅行,像纽约,波士顿,长岛,新泽西,费城等等。
Soulful House: 开始于90年代中期的美国和英国,与Funky House有相似之处,但是相对Funk和Soul Music来说,又少了那种开心和影响力。Soulful House仍然用着Disco Beat,以及一些男的或女的Vocals, 像Robert Owens的Things That Make You Feel Good就用了Soulful的风格。
Progressive house: 将不同的音效放到最表面,然后将它们在Mix中带进带出,这是Progressive House的最大特点,可以说Progressive House是另一种Trance Music。
Scouse house: 这是在起源于英国利物浦的House音乐的另一分支。这种音乐形式在英国的西北和东北部比较流行。Scouse House中用了很多利物浦本地方言,而音乐是从Happy Hardcore中取来的样本,然后体现Scouse House中“Bouncy”的感觉。
Tech house: 在音序排练和合成器中结合Techno的原理的House音乐。达人有:Rino Cerrone,Dave Angel。
Traxx house:
在80年代末和90年代初的时候,Chicago House的一个分支,当中结合了紧凑的鼓器。达人有: Trackhead Steve, DJ Rush, Paul Johnson
Tribal house:
在House的基础上,结合了World Music的旋律和大量的打击乐器。达人有:Junior Vasquez。
Vocal house:将Soulful Vocal结合Jazz。(Freetampo很多音乐都是Vocal House)
这一周真真正正全围着House Music转悠了,毕竟这是我第一次、最后一次和唯一的一次House Music,四种item参加了三个。周四晚上的演出还是很爽的。最最重要的是和Kimberly的Chamber:卡门序曲+Habanera。Kim的声音在最近的几个月内进步很大,相当的成熟了,用法语唱卡门把大家全镇住了,我在钢琴上弹卡门序曲虽然难度大了点,气势比交响乐队差了点,但还是足够让我潇洒一回。虽然与第一失之交臂了,但我们俩都还比较满意,因为我们打败了我们想打败的那个人,至于得第一的三个男生和我们关系不错,他们把咱的经典二胡曲《赛马》改成了弦乐三重奏:大提琴、班卓琴(五弦琴)和吉他。从技术难度来说,他们几个当然是更好,而且得了第一也是对咱们民乐的肯定,Kim和我一开始就没把握赢他们。不管怎么说,第一不要紧,重要的是我们是最受欢迎的。另外我们的合唱队(Kim指挥,我钢琴伴奏)也是第二,还算满意,只是得第一的那个让我们挺不忿的。周五在学校足球场上assembly宣布结果,每个item的leader都得到了奖牌,我也有一个,很漂亮的,我戴了整整一上午,到处显摆,嘻嘻!
House Music这天除了演出之外长了两样见识。一是我们演出的Hamer Hall是个很专业的地方,除了演出大厅,有很多准备室,就像电影里看到的那种明星专用的包间。有两张照片就是我和Kim找到的热身的地方,一面大镜子,沙发,钢琴,梳妆台,卫生间里竟然还有淋浴。这让我好有明星的感觉。二是晚上十点半结束后是搭Cameron的车回去的,真是有钱人家,奥迪A3双开门四座敞篷车,我们就是那么敞篷跑回去的。那天晚上从Hamer Hall出来比较乱,golf galaxy,是他爸开的车,不过听那意思,这俩新车是给Cam准备的。唉,等我能自己挣出这辆车不知道要什么时候呢?
House Music就说到这了,最近的另一件大事是我开车的问题。从房东女儿手里买的二手车Toyota ECHO。房东带我一共练了两次车,很不爽,也许是因为她太小心了,我也感觉特别不自在。突然怀念老爸的教导方式:默认你和他一样强,做不对就骂,但是这样能激发出我的潜力,很有成就感。车买好两周了,房东却一直不信任我能开,周五只好花钱请教练陪练了45分钟,到家教练和她说我应该没什么大问题,才终于把车从车库提到家门口允许我自己开了。傍晚的时候,我头一次独自驾驶,把学校和周围常去的地方绕了一下,感觉很好。其实在这开车,左侧通行不是大问题,对于我来说最困难的是控制车速在规定范围内,他们管得严,容不得我凭感觉胡来了。总之,下周上学就可以开车了,恐怕整个生活节奏都要变快了。

History of Chinese Music
In the Chou dynasty (c. 1027-256 BC) music was one of the four subjects that the sons of noblemen and princes were required to study, and the office of music at one time comprised more than 1400 people. Although much of the repertoire has been lost, some old Chinese ritual music ( yayue ) is preserved in manuscripts. During the Qin dynasty (221-206 BC) music was denounced as a wasteful pastime; almost all musical books, instruments, and manuscripts were ordered destroyed. Despite this severe setback Chinese music experienced a renaissance during the Han dynasty (206 BC-AD 220), when a special bureau of music was established to take charge of ceremonial music. During the reign (AD 58-75) of Liu Zhang the Han palace had three orchestras comprising in all 829 performers. One orchestra was used for religious ceremonies, another for royal archery contests, and the third for entertaining the royal banquets and harem.
During the Tang dynasty (618-906) Chinese secular music ( suyue ) reached its peak. Emperor Tai Zong (597-649) had ten different orchestras, eight of which were made up of members of various foreign tribes,antenatal care; all the royal performers and dancers appeared in their native costumes. The imperial court also had a huge outdoor band of nearly 1400 performers. Portions of Tang music are preserved in Japanese court music, or gagaku.
Among the many genres of Chinese music is a form of music drama often called Chinese opera. Formerly these operas were based on old tales of heroes and the supernatural. Today the stories often deal with heroes of the Communist revolution or with great historical events of the recent past. The first fully developed form of Chinese opera, called northern drama, or beiqu, emerged during the Yuan dynasty (1279-1368). During the Ming (1368-1644) and Qin (1644-1912) dynasties, southern drama, also called xiwen, flourished and underwent much stylistic development. The variety of Chinese opera known as Peking opera, jingxi, is the most familiar in the West. It developed in the 19th century as a synthesis of earlier provincial forms.
During the first half of the 20th century Chinese music was considerably influenced by the music of the West. Three major schools of thought arose in response to this influence. The first school aimed at reviving the old thousand-piece orchestras that once delighted ancient princes and sages and resisted the influence of Western music. The second school concerned itself almost exclusively with Western music. The last school of Chinese music took great pride in traditional Chinese musical culture but did not hesitate to apply it to Western techniques of composition and performance.
During the 1950s Western influence penetrated Chinese music to an unprecedented extent. The Chinese Communist regime, established in 1949, gave special prominence to Russian music. Whether China can assimilate Western influence and still maintain a fundamentally Chinese musical culture remains an unanswered question, but the evidence seems to indicate that a synthesis will eventually develop. In contemporary China notable facilities exist for the training of musicians in both Chinese and Western styles. Many symphonic orchestras and Chinese-style instrumental ensembles exist, and large choral groups are commonly found in large cities, universities, and factories. Both Chinese and Western instruments are manufactured in large quantities and are used in government-maintained schools and conservatories throughout the country.

American dominates the world in many ares,but the one area of American domination that the world accepts the most is its music.American popular music forms–Blues,Jazz,Country,Rock,R&B,RAP,and Hip Hop,are loved and stuied worldwide.
When the British Invasion of the 1960s hit America,almost every group and imdividual stated their love of American music as their primary imfluence.The Beatlesh,Rolling Stones,Tom Jones,and many other British groups and individual performer,all claim American music as their source of inspiration.But the music they loved had its roots in the one true cultural melting pot of American,its,music.
Rock and Roll grew from the mixing of Black Rhythm and Blues with Country and Western.This mixture was so volatile that several southern congressmen went on record stating that Rock and Roll was a plot to destroy Amercan values by encouraging race mixing.Originating in the northern urban centers in predominately black areas.Rock and Roll started out being labeled as rebelious,primitive,black music.
Rhythm and Blues(now called R&B) can trace its roots direcrly from Jazz,Ragtie,and the old black Gospel and Spiritual standards.The narrative form and rich beat of these forms also form the basis for today's RAP and Hip Hop.It is this music that forms the basis of the rhythms of modern American popular music.The emphasis om rhythm and storytelling has always been part of what made this music popular .
Modern Country and Western music has its roots in the folk songs of the rural south and the cowboy music which were made popular by the singing cowboys of the 1930s,40s and 50s. It was also influenced by many songs oborn of the comflict of the poor miners and farmers or the depression era .Finging a broader audience in post-war years ,Ciuntry Music began to move from "hillbilly music"to the more sophisticated and polished form that exists today.
The 1980s and 1990s saw a rebirth of the influence of the Latin rhythms on Anerican music.The Miami Sound and the Mexican influence swept into American music,cplosion of the 195Cuban Puerto Rican,and Mexican artists in all forms added their music to the mix .Rap,Country,Rock,and R&B have all been touched by the Latin beat.The media explosion of the 1950s and 1960s wac fueled by Rock and Roll on radio,television,download free mp3 music,and the movies.The beat of Rock and Roll became the dominating force of American music,and the lines between the forms began to blend.Music forms are no longer separated by race today as the forms have merged across the lines of culture in America.Today the effect of this mixing of music and culture can be seen everywhere in the culture.
Today American music does what it has always done,that is,to bring people together.In American music every aspect of life and culture is merged,miced,mixed,and highloghted.The rich diversity of American culture and life is reflected in its lively beat-filled rhythms.American music is the story of the country,a reflection of a nation alive with change ,filled with curiosity,and led by hope and excitement.As it continues to grow and change ,American music continues to attract the whole world,because it is truly the best of all that is American.
